The Galaxy Z Flip 3 has a global score of 85.6, which is a little bit better than the Galaxy A12's overall score of 80.3. Galaxy Z Flip 3's construction is somewhat lighter and extremely thinner than the Galaxy A12, even though both of them were released with only 8 months difference. Both phones in this review use Android operating system, but Galaxy Z Flip 3 has 11 version and Galaxy A12 has Android 10, counting with lots of additional features and performance tweaks.
Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 features a more vivid screen than Galaxy A12, because it has a much higher 1080 x 2636 resolution, a little bigger screen and a much better quantity of pixels per inch in the screen. Galaxy A12 has a much better storage for applications and games than Galaxy Z Flip 3, because although it has just 64 GB internal storage, it also counts with a slot for external memory cards that allows a maximum of 1 TB.
The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 counts with a bit better processor than Samsung Galaxy A12, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 also has 4 GB more RAM memory. The Galaxy A12 counts with a really longer battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity instead of 3300mAh.
The Galaxy A12 captures much clearer photographs and videos than Galaxy Z Flip 3, because although it has a smaller camera aperture, it also counts with a much better 48 mega pixels resolution back facing camera.
