Galaxy M31s is way better than Galaxy Z Flip 7 (Rumored), with an 88 score against 72.1. Both of these phones have Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy M31s has older 11 version and Galaxy Z Flip 7 (Rumored) has Android 15. The Galaxy M31s has a much faster processing unit than Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7 (Rumored), although it has 2 GB lesser RAM memory, they both have 8 processing cores.
