Comparison review
Galaxy Z Flip is much better than the OnePlus 8, having an 88.5 score against 76. The Galaxy Z Flip body is just a little bit thinner but a little bit heavier than the OnePlus 8, and they were released only 2 months apart. OnePlus 8 counts with a slightly better looking display than Samsung Galaxy Z Flip, although it has a quite inferior count of pixels per inch in the display, a quite lower resolution of 1080 x 2400px and a little smaller screen.
The Galaxy Z Flip features much more memory for games and applications than OnePlus 8, because it has 256 GB internal storage capacity. Galaxy Z Flip has a little faster processing unit than OnePlus 8. Both of them have 8 cpu cores and a 8 GB RAM memory. OnePlus 8 has a superior camera than Galaxy Z Flip, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the same video frame rates and a same size camera aperture, the OnePlus 8 also has a lot bigger back-facing camera sensor capturing way higher quality videos and photographs and a much better resolution back camera.
The OnePlus 8 counts with superior battery life than Samsung Galaxy Z Flip, because it has a 4300mAh battery capacity.
Although Samsung Galaxy Z Flip is a better device, it is way more expensive than the OnePlus 8, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the OnePlus 8. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy Samsung Galaxy Z Flip, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and get the OnePlus 8, resigning some specs and features.
