Comparison review
Galaxy Z Flip is a little bit better than Samsung Galaxy M31, having an 88.5 score against 86.5. Although Galaxy Z Flip and the Samsung Galaxy M31 were released with only 1 months difference, Galaxy Z Flip is a little lighter and somewhat thinner. These phones use Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy Z Flip has the newer 12 version while Samsung Galaxy M31 has Android 11 version, counting with a lot of extra features.
Galaxy M31 features a little more vivid screen than Samsung Galaxy Z Flip, although it has a quite worse pixels number per screen inch, a quite smaller display and a little bit lower resolution of 1080 x 2340. Samsung Galaxy Z Flip features more memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy M31, because although it has no external memory slot, it also counts with 256 GB internal memory capacity.
The Galaxy Z Flip has just a little better processing power than Galaxy M31, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Galaxy Z Flip also has 2 GB more RAM. The Samsung Galaxy M31 features a really longer battery duration than Galaxy Z Flip, because it has an 82 percent bigger battery capacity. The Galaxy M31 takes better videos and photos than Galaxy Z Flip, because although it has lower video frame rate, and they both have the same (4K) video definition and a F1.8 diafragm aperture, the Galaxy M31 also counts with a lot bigger back camera sensor capturing much higher quality videos and photographs and a way more MP camera in the back.
