Comparison review
Galaxy Z Fold 2 has a score of 94.6, which is much better than the iPhone 8's 85 general score. Although the Galaxy Z Fold 2 is way heavier than iPhone 8, it's a little bit thinner and notably newer. IPhone 8 features a little better hardware performance than Galaxy Z Fold 2, because although it has lesser RAM memory and a lower number of cores and also slower, it also counts with a 64-bit processor.
Apple iPhone 8 counts with a bit sharper screen than Galaxy Z Fold 2, although it has a really smaller screen, a way worse resolution of 750 x 1334 and a little lower number of pixels per inch in the screen. Apple iPhone 8 and Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 have very similar storage for applications and games, both of them have equal internal memory capacity.
Galaxy Z Fold 2 counts with a very superior battery lifetime than iPhone 8, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity instead of 1821mAh. The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 counts with a bit better camera than iPhone 8, and although they both have a same size diafragm aperture, the same resolution back camera, the same 3840x2160 video quality and the same video frame rates, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 also has a lot bigger sensor taking much better quality videos and photographs.
Although Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 is a better device, it is way more expensive than Apple iPhone 8, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Apple iPhone 8. If you are trying to save some money, you can buy Apple iPhone 8, and give up some specs and features, but you will get the most with your budget.
