The Galaxy Z Fold 2 is better than LG V50 ThinQ, having a overall score of 94.6 against 83.7. Both of these phones use Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy Z Fold 2 has the newer 11 version while LG V50 ThinQ has Android 10. The Galaxy Z Fold 2 design is newer and somewhat thinner than the LG V50 ThinQ's, but it is incredibly heavier.

The LG V50 ThinQ has a bit more vivid screen than Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a quite better 1440 x 3120 resolution and a higher display density. The Galaxy Z Fold 2 counts with a little bit better hardware performance than LG V50 ThinQ, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy Z Fold 2 also has a greater amount of RAM.

Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 has just a bit better camera than LG V50 ThinQ, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not so good for low-light photos and videos, and they both have the same video frame rate, a same resolution camera in the back and the same video resolution, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 also counts with a much bigger camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors.

The LG V50 ThinQ counts with a superior storage for games and applications than Galaxy Z Fold 2, because although it has just 128 GB internal storage, it also counts with a slot for SD memory cards that admits a maximum of 1,95 TB. Galaxy Z Fold 2 has a little better battery life than LG V50 ThinQ, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity against 4000mAh.

Although Galaxy Z Fold 2 is a better device, it is way more expensive than the LG V50 ThinQ, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the LG V50 ThinQ. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy Galaxy Z Fold 2, but if you don't you can save some dollars and get the LG V50 ThinQ, letting go a couple specs and features.
