The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 has a general score of 90.6, which is better than the OnePlus 9 Pro's general score of 76.6. These devices have the same Android 11 operating system, so you shouldn't see any difference regarding OS features. Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3's design is notably heavier but incredibly thinner than the OnePlus 9 Pro, and both of them were released only 4 months apart.
