The Galaxy A8 Star is better than Galaxy Z Fold 6, having a score of 82.1 against 73.9. Both devices in this review come with Android OS, but Galaxy A8 Star has the newer 9.0 Pie version and Galaxy Z Fold 6 has Android 14. Samsung Galaxy A8 Star has a much better display than Galaxy Z Fold 6. The Galaxy Z Fold 6 counts with a greater storage capacity to install games and applications than Galaxy A8 Star, because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with 256 GB internal storage capacity.
Galaxy A8 Star has a much more powerful CPU than Galaxy Z Fold 6, although it has lesser RAM, they both have 8 cores.
