Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition has a global score of 91.1, which is much better than Huawei P20's 78.1 overall score. The Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition body is thinner but much heavier than Huawei P20. These devices include Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition has 14 version while Huawei P20 has Android 9.0 Pie version.
Huawei P20 has a lot better hardware performance than Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition, although it has less RAM, they both have a Octa-Core processing unit. If you prefer to save a few dollars, you can get the Huawei P20, and give up a couple features and specs, but you will get the most with your savings.
