The Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition is better than the Motorola DROID Turbo, with a overall score of 91.1 against 77.9. Both of these phones have Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition has the previous 14 version while Motorola DROID Turbo has Android 4.4.4. Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition's construction is noticeably heavier but notably thinner than Motorola DROID Turbo.
