The HP Veer 4G is a bit better than Samsung Rugby II, getting a 40.5 score against 37.8. The HP Veer 4G construction is a little bit heavier but incredibly thinner than Samsung Rugby II, and both were released with only a couple months difference. HP Veer 4G has a way better processing power than Samsung Rugby II, because it has a larger number of faster cores and an extra graphics processing unit.

The HP Veer 4G features a brighter screen than Samsung Rugby II, because it has a higher resolution of 400 x 320, a larger screen and a quite greater screen density. The HP Veer 4G has a lot bigger memory for applications and games than Samsung Rugby II, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with more internal memory.

HP Veer 4G features a better camera than Samsung Rugby II, because it has a much more mega pixels back facing camera. Samsung Rugby II features a much better battery performance than HP Veer 4G, because it has 1300mAh of battery capacity instead of 910mAh.

Even being the best phone of the ones we are comparing, the HP Veer 4G is also a bargain compared to others.
