T-Mobile myTouch Q has a score of 42.5, which is a bit better than Samsung Ultra B's 39.4 global score. Although T-Mobile myTouch Q is noticeably newer than Samsung Ultra B, it is just a little bit thicker and notably heavier. T-Mobile myTouch Q features a very superior performance than Samsung Ultra B, because it has a greater number of cores.
T-Mobile myTouch Q features a bit better looking screen than Samsung Ultra B, because although it has a just a bit worse pixels count in each inch of display, it also counts with a much larger display and a lot higher resolution of 480 x 320 pixels.
