Google Nexus 6P has a general score of 80.3, which is better than Samsung W2016's 72.2 score. Google Nexus 6P's construction is a bit lighter and incredibly thinner than the Samsung W2016. Google Nexus 6P has a little sharper screen than Samsung W2016, because it has a better display density, a lot higher resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels and a lot larger screen.
The Google Nexus 6P's processor is very similar to the Samsung W2016 one, both have the same RAM amount and the same number of cores.
