Comparison review
The Xperia XZ3 is just a bit better than Samsung W2017, with a global score of 79.6 against 73.2. These phones have Android operating system, but the Xperia XZ3 has the newer 9.0 Pie version and Samsung W2017 has Android 6.0 Marshmallow version, so it gives a lot of extra features and better performance. The Xperia XZ3 design is extremely thinner and a little lighter than the Samsung W2017.
Xperia XZ3 counts with a little sharper screen than Samsung W2017, because it has a really bigger display, a much higher resolution of 1440 x 2880 pixels and a just a bit greater pixels amount per screen inch. The Sony Xperia XZ3 has a little better performance than Samsung W2017, and although they both have the same RAM memory amount, the Sony Xperia XZ3 also has a higher number of cores.
The Sony Xperia XZ3 has slightly more memory to store more apps and games than Samsung W2017, and although they both have the same 64 GB internal memory capacity, the Sony Xperia XZ3 also has a slot for an external memory card that admits a maximum of 512 GB. The Sony Xperia XZ3 has a much better battery life than Samsung W2017, because it has a 3330mAh battery capacity against 2300mAh.
The Xperia XZ3 takes much better photographs and videos than Samsung W2017, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not good for low light images, and they both have the same 30 fps video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 video definition, the Xperia XZ3 also counts with a lot more mega-pixels camera in the back.
