HTC Desire X has an overall score of 55.8, which is a little bit better than the Samsung Wave II's global score of 50.7. The HTC Desire X is a newer cellphone, and it is also somewhat thinner and lighter than Samsung Wave II. The HTC Desire X counts with Android 4.0 OS, while Samsung Wave II comes with bada OS.

The HTC Desire X features a bit superior processing unit than Samsung Wave II, because it has a faster 245 megahertz graphics processor and a larger number of 1000 megahertz cores. The Samsung Wave II features a little bit better display than HTC Desire X, because although it has a bit smaller screen, and they both have exactly the same 800 x 480 resolution, the Samsung Wave II also counts with a quite higher display density.

The HTC Desire X has a much better memory capacity for games and applications than Samsung Wave II. They have a SD memory card expansion slot that admits a maximum of 32 GB.
