Comparison review

The Xperia advance is just a bit better than the Sonim XP5, with a general score of 52.5 against 48. The Xperia advance design is noticeably lighter and a lot thinner than Sonim XP5, although it was released 3 years before. The Sonim XP5 has a little faster processing unit than Xperia advance, because it has 2 more cpu cores and a higher amount of RAM.

The Xperia advance has a much better display than Sonim XP5, because although it has a bit worse pixel density, it also counts with a way higher 480 x 320px resolution and a really bigger display. Sonim XP5 counts with a bigger storage for apps and games than Xperia advance, and although they both have equal internal storage capacity, the Sonim XP5 also has a slot for an external memory card that allows up to 64 GB.

The Sonim XP5 has a superior battery life than Sony Xperia advance, because it has 3180mAh of battery capacity against 1305mAh. Sonim XP5 captures clearer photos and videos than Xperia advance. Both of them have the same video frame rate, the same 1280x720 (HD) video quality and the same resolution back facing camera.

Even being the best phone of the ones in this comparison, the Xperia advance is also by far the cheapest one.
