Samsung Star is a newer and thinner device than the Sony Ericsson K530, but it is just a little heavier. Samsung Star has a little sharper display than Sony Ericsson K530, because it has a lot higher 400 x 240 resolution, a way larger screen and a bit higher screen pixel density.
