The Panasonic ELUGA power is just a bit better than Sony Ericsson Xperia arc, getting a 54.8 score against 50. Even though the Panasonic ELUGA power is newer than the Sony Ericsson Xperia arc, it is somewhat thicker and somewhat heavier. Both of these devices include Android OS, but the Panasonic ELUGA power has an older 4.0 version while Sony Ericsson Xperia arc has Android 4.0.4 version.
