Comparison review
HTC Hero S has a score of 55.8, which is a bit better than the Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo V's 52.4 global score. Both of these phones have Android OS, but HTC Hero S has an older 2.3 version and Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo V has Android 4.0. HTC Hero S's construction is a little thinner but just a little bit heavier than Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo V, and both of them were released with only 1 months difference.
Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo V features just a bit better display than HTC Hero S, although it has a just a bit worse pixels number per inch in the display, a quite lower resolution of 854 x 480px and a little bit smaller display. HTC Hero S counts with a much better storage for games and applications than Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo V, and although they both have a slot for SD memory cards that holds up to 32 GB, the HTC Hero S also has 4 GB internal memory.

The HTC Hero S has a battery lifetime that is very similar to the Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo V one, although the HTC Hero S also has 1520mAh of battery capacity instead of 1500mAh.
HTC Hero S costs a little more than the Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo V, but you can get a better phone for that few extra dollars.
