Samsung Droid Charge features much more memory capacity to store more games and applications than Sony Ericsson Xperia Pro, and although they both have a slot for external memory cards that allows a maximum of 32 GB, the Samsung Droid Charge also has more internal memory capacity.

The Samsung Droid Charge's CPU is very similar to the CPU in Sony Ericsson Xperia Pro, and although the Samsung Droid Charge has a weaker graphics co-processor working at 200 megahertz, they both have a Single-Core CPU. Samsung Droid Charge counts with a bit longer battery life than Sony Ericsson Xperia Pro, because it has a 7 percent larger battery size.
