The Motorola ELECTRIFY M has an overall score of 59.2, which is just a bit better than the Sony Ericsson Xperia Ray's 54.3 score. Both of these phones use Android OS, but the Motorola ELECTRIFY M has 4.1 version and Sony Ericsson Xperia Ray has Android 4.0. Although Motorola ELECTRIFY M is a bit heavier than Sony Ericsson Xperia Ray, it's just a little bit thinner and newer.
