The Sony Xperia 1 II is better than the Huawei P20, getting a 91 score against 78.1. Although Sony Xperia 1 II is a lot newer than the Huawei P20, it's a little bit thicker and just a little heavier. Both of these phones have Android operating system, but the Sony Xperia 1 II has the older 11 version and Huawei P20 has Android 9.0 Pie.
The Xperia 1 II features a little faster CPU than Huawei P20, and although they both have 8 cores, the Xperia 1 II also has 4 GB more RAM memory. Xperia 1 II counts with a better looking screen than Huawei P20, because it has a higher pixels amount per inch of screen, a quite larger display and a lot better resolution of 1644 x 3840px.
Xperia 1 II counts with a way bigger memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Huawei P20, because it has an external SD slot that allows up to 1000 GB and 256 GB internal storage. Xperia 1 II features longer battery life than Huawei P20, because it has an 18% larger battery capacity.
