Xperia 1 II is slightly better than the LG V50 ThinQ, having a 91 score against 83.7. The Xperia 1 II construction is newer, a bit thinner and just a bit lighter than the LG V50 ThinQ. Both of these phones work with Android operating system, but the Xperia 1 II has a more recent 11 version while LG V50 ThinQ has Android 10, so it gives you a lot of extra features and performance optimizations.

LG V50 ThinQ's processor is just as good as the CPU in Xperia 1 II, and although the LG V50 ThinQ has 2 GB less RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core CPU. Xperia 1 II features just a bit better looking screen than LG V50 ThinQ, because it has a just a little higher pixels quantity per inch in the screen, a better resolution of 1644 x 3840px and a bit larger screen.

The Xperia 1 II has a little bit better storage capacity for apps and games than LG V50 ThinQ, because although it has a slot for external memory cards that allows 1000 GB smaller, it also counts with 256 GB internal memory capacity. The Xperia 1 II shoots just a bit better pictures and videos than LG V50 ThinQ, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not recommended for low light images, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, a 12 MP back camera and the same 60 frames per second video frame rate, the Xperia 1 II also counts with a lot bigger back-facing camera sensor providing a way better image quality.
