The Xperia 1 II features a lot bigger memory capacity for games and applications than Xperia 5, because it has a SD memory card expansion slot that allows a maximum of 1000 GB and 256 GB internal storage capacity.
The Xperia 1 II features just a bit better camera than Xperia 5, because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is not recommended for low-light photos and videos, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video resolution and a 12 mega pixels camera in the back, the Xperia 1 II also counts with a lot bigger sensor taking more light and vivid colors and better 60 fps video frame rate.
