Xperia 1 III has a general score of 93.3, which is much better than the Motorola DROID Turbo's 77.9 general score. Both of these devices work with Android OS (operating system), but the Xperia 1 III has the previous 11 version and Motorola DROID Turbo has Android 4.4.4 version. Although Xperia 1 III is just a little heavier than Motorola DROID Turbo, it's way thinner and noticeably newer.

Motorola DROID Turbo counts with a little bit better screen than Xperia 1 III, although it has a little less pixels per inch in the display, a way smaller screen and a way lower 2560 x 1440 resolution. Xperia 1 III features a bit superior CPU than Motorola DROID Turbo, because although it has doesn't have an extra GPU, it also counts with a larger number of cores and more RAM memory.

The Sony Xperia 1 III counts with a much bigger storage for applications and games than Motorola DROID Turbo, because it has 256 GB internal memory capacity and a slot for an SD memory card that allows a maximum of 1 TB.
