Comparison review
Xperia 1 III is much better than the Galaxy A8 Star, getting a 93.3 score against 82.1. Both of these phones include Android OS, but the Xperia 1 III has the previous 11 version and Galaxy A8 Star has Android 9.0 Pie version. The Xperia 1 III body is a lot newer and a bit lighter than the Galaxy A8 Star's, although it is just a little thicker.
The Xperia 1 III has a better looking display than Galaxy A8 Star, because it has a way better resolution of 1644 x 3840 pixels, a lot more pixels per inch of screen and a quite larger display. The Xperia 1 III counts with a superior memory capacity to store more games and applications than Galaxy A8 Star, because it has 256 GB internal storage capacity and an external memory card slot that supports a maximum of 1 TB.
Sony Xperia 1 III has a bit better processor than Galaxy A8 Star, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Sony Xperia 1 III also has more RAM memory.
