The Xperia 1 III has a score of 93.3, which is better than the Sony Xperia XZ1's global score of 78.3. Xperia 1 III's body is extremely newer, but a bit thicker and somewhat heavier than the Sony Xperia XZ1. Sony Xperia 1 III features a much better screen than Sony Xperia XZ1, because it has a lot higher resolution of 1644 x 3840, a larger display and a lot greater pixel number per display inch.
Xperia 1 III counts with a much greater memory to install applications and games than Xperia XZ1, because although it has a slot for an external memory card that allows up to 1 TB against 1,95 TB, it also counts with 256 GB internal storage. Xperia 1 III features a little bit better performance than Sony Xperia XZ1, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Xperia 1 III also has more RAM.
