Xperia 1 VI is a bit better than Motorola Moto Z4, with a overall score of 83.2 against 79.8. Both phones in this comparison review include Android OS, but Xperia 1 VI has a newer 14 version while Motorola Moto Z4 has Android 10, giving a couple additional features. The Xperia 1 VI design is extremely thinner and lighter than Motorola Moto Z4.
Sony Xperia 1 VI features a bit more vivid screen than Motorola Moto Z4, because it has a bit larger display, a much higher 1644 x 3840 pixels resolution and a much greater pixels number per inch in the screen. The Xperia 1 VI features a superior memory for games and applications than Moto Z4, because it has a slot for SD memory cards that allows up to 1 TB and 256 GB internal storage.
Moto Z4 counts with a way better performance than Xperia 1 VI, although it has less RAM, they both have a Octa-Core processing unit. Xperia 1 VI features a much longer battery performance than Moto Z4, because it has a 39 percent larger battery capacity. Sony Xperia 1 VI shoots just a bit better photos and videos than Moto Z4, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is not so good for low light photos and video, and they both have a back-facing camera with a 48 MP resolution and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the Sony Xperia 1 VI also counts with higher 120 fps video frame rates and a much larger back camera sensor.
