The Xperia 1 VI is a little bit better than the Galaxy S23 Ultra, getting a global score of 83.2 against 81.5. These phones work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Xperia 1 VI has 14 version while Galaxy S23 Ultra has Android 13, so it offers a couple additional features and optimized performance.
Xperia 1 VI features a little sharper display than Galaxy S23 Ultra, because it has a little bit bigger display, a better resolution of 1644 x 3840 pixels and a bit greater pixel density. Xperia 1 VI and Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra feature really similar processing units, and although the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra has 4 GB less RAM, they both have 8 CPU cores.
