Comparison review

The Asus ROG Phone II is slightly better than Sony Xperia 1, with a global score of 88 against 82.6. Even being the best in our current comparison, we must tell that it is also a somewhat thicker and incredibly heavier phone. The Asus ROG Phone II counts with a little better performance than Sony Xperia 1, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Asus ROG Phone II also has a larger amount of RAM memory.

The Sony Xperia 1 counts with a brighter display than Asus ROG Phone II, because although it has way less brightness and a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a way better resolution of 1644 x 3840 and much more pixels per inch of screen. The Asus ROG Phone II counts with a much better storage capacity to install applications and games than Xperia 1, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with more internal storage.

The Asus ROG Phone II shoots a lot better pictures and videos than Sony Xperia 1, because although it has a smaller aperture, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video quality, the Asus ROG Phone II also counts with faster 60 frames per second video frame rates, a much bigger back-facing camera sensor taking more light and vivid colors and a camera in the back with much more mega pixels.

The Asus ROG Phone II has a much better battery performance than Sony Xperia 1, because it has 6000mAh of battery capacity.
