Xperia 1 has a score of 82.6, which is a little bit better than the Asus ZenFone AR's 77.4 global score. The Xperia 1 is a newer and a bit thinner phone than Asus ZenFone AR, although it is a little heavier. The Sony Xperia 1 has a bit superior processor than Asus ZenFone AR, and although they both have a 6 GB RAM, the Sony Xperia 1 also has a greater number of cores (and faster).

Xperia 1 counts with a better screen than Asus ZenFone AR, because it has a little bit larger display, a just a little higher number of pixels in each inch of screen and a higher resolution of 1644 x 3840px. The Asus ZenFone AR shoots slightly better pictures and videos than Xperia 1, because although it has a smaller aperture which is worse for low-light images and video, and they both have a same size sensor, the same video resolution and the same 24 frames per second video frame rate, the Asus ZenFone AR also counts with a much more mega pixels camera.
