Comparison review

The Xperia 1 has an overall score of 82.6, which is just a bit better than the Motorola Moto G Stylus's global score of 79.7. The Xperia 1 construction is just a little bit lighter and somewhat thinner than Motorola Moto G Stylus, although it was released just 11 months before. Xperia 1 counts with a better looking screen than Moto G Stylus, because it has a quite larger screen, a way higher 1644 x 3840 resolution and a way greater quantity of pixels per inch of display.

The Xperia 1 counts with a little bit better performance than Moto G Stylus, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Xperia 1 also has more RAM memory. The Motorola Moto G Stylus's memory to install games and applications is just as good as Xperia 1's one, both of them have exactly the same internal storage and an external SD slot that allows a maximum of 512 GB.

The Moto G Stylus has better battery life than Sony Xperia 1, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity instead of 3330mAh. The Moto G Stylus takes much better photographs and videos than Sony Xperia 1, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not so good for low light photography and videos, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, the Moto G Stylus also counts with a way larger sensor, faster 30 frames per second video frame rate and a way more MP back-facing camera.

Although Xperia 1 is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Motorola Moto G Stylus, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Motorola Moto G Stylus. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy Xperia 1, otherwise you can save some money and get the Motorola Moto G Stylus, giving up some features and specifications.
