The Galaxy A80 is a little bit better than Xperia 1, having an 84.9 score against 82.6. Even being the best phone in this comparison, the Galaxy A80 is a thicker and heavier phone than Xperia 1. The Sony Xperia 1 has a bit better hardware performance than Galaxy A80, although it has less RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores.

Xperia 1 counts with a brighter screen than Galaxy A80, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a much greater screen density and a much higher 1644 x 3840 resolution. Sony Xperia 1 counts with a very superior memory for applications and games than Galaxy A80, and although they both have equal 128 GB internal memory capacity, the Sony Xperia 1 also has a SD memory card expansion slot that holds up to 512 GB.
