The Galaxy M30s has a global score of 83.3, which is a little bit better than Xperia 1's score of 82.6. Even being the best in this review, it must be told that it is also a just a little thicker and a bit heavier cellphone. The Xperia 1 has a sharper display than Galaxy M30s, because it has a little larger display, a much higher resolution of 1644 x 3840 and a lot greater pixel count per screen inch.
Sony Xperia 1 has a much bigger memory capacity to store more games and applications than Galaxy M30s, and although they both have a SD memory slot that admits a maximum of 512 GB, the Sony Xperia 1 also has 128 GB internal storage. The Sony Xperia 1 features a bit superior processor than Galaxy M30s, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Sony Xperia 1 also has a higher amount of RAM memory.
Samsung Galaxy M30s counts with a much longer battery life than Xperia 1, because it has an 80% larger battery capacity. The Galaxy M30s features a superior camera than Xperia 1, because although it has a tinier camera aperture which is not favorable for capturing pictures and/or video in low-light situations, and they both have the same video quality, the Galaxy M30s also counts with faster video frame rate, a way more MP camera in the back and a much larger back-facing camera sensor.
