Comparison review
The Galaxy M31s has an overall score of 88, which is a bit better than Xperia 1's 82.6 general score. Galaxy M31s's construction is newer, but somewhat heavier and somewhat thicker than the Xperia 1. Xperia 1 features a sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy M31s, and although they both have a display with the same size, the Xperia 1 also has a much greater count of pixels per inch in the screen and a way better resolution of 1644 x 3840.
The Galaxy M31s features as much memory to store more apps and games as the Xperia 1 one, they have a SD extension slot that admits up to 512 GB and exactly the same internal memory capacity. The Xperia 1 has a little faster processor than Galaxy M31s. Both have a 6 GB RAM and 8 cores. The Galaxy M31s features a lot better camera than Xperia 1, because although it has a smaller aperture, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video quality, the Galaxy M31s also counts with a lot higher 64 mega pixels resolution camera in the back, a lot bigger sensor shooting much better quality videos and pictures and better 30 frames per second video frame rates.
The Samsung Galaxy M31s features a way better battery life than Sony Xperia 1, because it has an 80% larger battery capacity.
