Galaxy S23 Ultra is just a bit better than Sony Xperia 10 II, having an 81.5 score against 78.5. Galaxy S23 Ultra's design is a bit thicker but much lighter than the Sony Xperia 10 II. Both phones in this review include Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy S23 Ultra has newer 13 version while Sony Xperia 10 II has Android 10 version, providing lots of additional features and performance tweaks.
Sony Xperia 10 II counts with a little sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, although it has a much lower 1080 x 2520 resolution, a just a little worse pixel density and a bit smaller screen. The Xperia 10 II counts with a way bigger memory for games and applications than Galaxy S23 Ultra, and although they both have the same 128 GB internal storage capacity, the Xperia 10 II also has a slot for SD memory cards that holds a maximum of 1000 GB.
The Sony Xperia 10 II has a much greater processing power than Galaxy S23 Ultra, although it has a smaller amount of RAM, they both have 8 CPU cores. Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra features a much better battery lifetime than Xperia 10 II, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity against 3600mAh. Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra counts with a greater camera than Xperia 10 II, because it has a much better resolution camera, a lot larger camera sensor and a larger aperture.
