Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ has a score of 79.3, which is a little bit better than Sony Xperia 10 Plus's score of 75.4. Even though Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ is noticeably older than Sony Xperia 10 Plus, it's body is lighter and somewhat thinner. Galaxy S6 edge+ counts with a brighter display than Sony Xperia 10 Plus, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a little higher resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels and a just a little higher pixels quantity per inch in the screen.
Xperia 10 Plus counts with a much better memory capacity to store more games and applications than Galaxy S6 edge+, and although they both have equal internal memory, the Xperia 10 Plus also has a slot for an external memory card that admits a maximum of 512 GB. Xperia 10 Plus counts with a bit more powerful CPU than Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+, and although they both have a 4 GB RAM, the Xperia 10 Plus also has a larger number of cores.
Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ features a slightly better camera than Xperia 10 Plus, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video resolution and the same 30 frames per second video frame rates, the Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ also counts with a bigger sensor which provides a better image and video quality and a back-facing camera with way more mega pixels.
Galaxy S6 edge+'s battery life is just as good as Sony Xperia 10 Plus's battery performance.
The Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ is a bit more expensive than Xperia 10 Plus, but you can get a better phone for that few extra dollars.
