Comparison review
IPhone 8 is much better than the Xperia 10, getting an 85 score against 73.7. IPhone 8's construction is somewhat thinner and just a little bit lighter than Xperia 10, despite of the fact that it was released around 17 months before. Sony Xperia 10 has a bit more vivid screen than Apple iPhone 8, because it has a lot better resolution of 1080 x 2520px, more pixels per inch in the screen and a larger display.
The iPhone 8 features a better memory capacity for games and applications than Sony Xperia 10, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with more internal memory. IPhone 8 has a bit better performance than Sony Xperia 10, because although it has less CPU cores and less RAM memory, it also counts with a 64 bits processing unit.
The Xperia 10 features a really longer battery lifetime than Apple iPhone 8, because it has 2870mAh of battery capacity instead of 1821mAh. IPhone 8 shoots much better photographs and videos than Xperia 10, because although it has a worse 3840x2160 (4K) video definition and a back camera with less mega-pixels, and they both have the same camera sensor size, the iPhone 8 also counts with a bigger aperture to capture better low light images and videos.
Although iPhone 8 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Xperia 10, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Xperia 10. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy the iPhone 8, else you can save a couple dollars and buy the Xperia 10, resigning some features and specifications.
