Comparison review
Sony Xperia XZ1 is just a bit better than the Xperia 10, with a global score of 78.3 against 73.7. Even though the Sony Xperia XZ1 is older than the Xperia 10, it's design is just a little lighter and thinner. The Xperia 10 has a bit sharper display than Xperia XZ1, because it has a just a little better screen pixel density, a larger screen and a little higher resolution of 1080 x 2520 pixels.
The Xperia XZ1 has a little better processing power than Xperia 10, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Xperia XZ1 also has 1 GB more RAM. The Xperia XZ1 has much more storage capacity to install applications and games than Xperia 10, and although they both have the same 64 GB internal memory capacity, the Xperia XZ1 also has a SD memory slot that allows up to 1,95 TB.
The Xperia 10 features just a bit longer battery performance than Sony Xperia XZ1, because it has 2870mAh of battery capacity against 2700mAh. Xperia XZ1 takes a lot better videos and photos than Sony Xperia 10, and although they both have the same diafragm aperture, the same 3840x2160 video definition and the same video frame rates, the Xperia XZ1 also has a back-facing camera with way more mega-pixels and a lot bigger camera sensor providing a lot better image quality.
Although Sony Xperia XZ1 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Sony Xperia 10, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Sony Xperia 10. If you are trying to save some dollars, you can get the Sony Xperia 10, giving up a few features and specifications, but you'll get the most with your savings.
