The Xperia XZ3 has a general score of 79.6, which is a little bit better than the Xperia 10's 73.7 score. Xperia XZ3 is a heavier and thicker phone than Xperia 10. Xperia XZ3 features just a little better performance than Sony Xperia 10, and although they both have 8 cores, the Xperia XZ3 also has a greater amount of RAM.
Xperia XZ3 features a sharper display than Xperia 10, and although they both have a same size screen, the Xperia XZ3 also has a higher 1440 x 2880px resolution and a bit better pixels number per screen inch. Xperia XZ3's storage for apps and games is very similar to the Sony Xperia 10 one, both have a slot for SD memory cards that supports up to 512 GB and the same internal memory.
The Xperia XZ3 features a bit better battery performance than Sony Xperia 10, because it has 3330mAh of battery capacity instead of 2870mAh. The Xperia XZ3 captures much better pictures and videos than Sony Xperia 10, and although they both have the same video frame rates, a same size camera aperture and the same video quality, the Xperia XZ3 also has a lot larger sensor and a lot better resolution camera.
Although Xperia XZ3 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Sony Xperia 10, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Sony Xperia 10. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy the Xperia XZ3, but if you don't you can save some money and get the Sony Xperia 10, letting go some features and specifications.
