Sony Xperia 5 II has a general score of 87.2, which is much better than the Asus ZenFone AR's 77.4 general score. The Sony Xperia 5 II body is newer, just a little bit lighter and thinner than Asus ZenFone AR. Asus ZenFone AR features just a bit better screen than Sony Xperia 5 II, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a slightly higher 1440 x 2560 resolution and a little greater amount of pixels per inch of display.
Sony Xperia 5 II has just a little better performance than Asus ZenFone AR, because it has a larger amount of RAM memory and a greater number of cores (and they are faster). Xperia 5 II features a slightly better camera than Asus ZenFone AR, because although it has a worse (4K) video quality and a camera with way less megapixels resolution, it also counts with a much larger sensor shooting much higher quality pictures and videos and a larger diafragm aperture to capture better low light images and video.
Asus ZenFone AR has more memory capacity to install applications and games than Xperia 5 II, and although they both have the same internal storage capacity, the Asus ZenFone AR also has a slot for an external memory card that holds a maximum of 1,95 TB. Sony Xperia 5 II counts with longer battery duration than Asus ZenFone AR, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity instead of 3300mAh.
