The Xperia 5 III has a general score of 90.5, which is better than the Xperia 5's 81 overall score. The Xperia 5 III body has the same thickness than the Xperia 5, but it is a bit heavier. The Xperia 5 has a processor that is very similar to the Sony Xperia 5 III one, and although the Xperia 5 has 2 GB lesser RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core processing unit.
