Comparison review
The Sony Xperia 5 has a score of 81, which is a little bit better than the iPhone 6's 79.2 score. Sony Xperia 5's body is a lot newer, but thicker and heavier than iPhone 6. IPhone 6 has a little sharper display than Xperia 5, although it has a lot lower pixels density, a way lower 1334 x 750 resolution and a lot smaller display.
Sony Xperia 5 features a much better storage for applications and games than Apple iPhone 6, and although they both have the same internal memory, the Sony Xperia 5 also has a slot for SD memory cards that holds a maximum of 512 GB. Sony Xperia 5 features a bit better performance than iPhone 6, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics co-processor and a 32 bits processing unit instead of 64-bits, it also counts with more RAM memory and 6 more CPU cores.
The Xperia 5 features a very superior battery lifetime than iPhone 6, because it has a 3140mAh battery capacity against 1810mAh. The Xperia 5 counts with just a bit better camera than iPhone 6, because it has a much better (4K) video quality, a back-facing camera with way more megapixels, a lot bigger aperture to capture better low-light captures and video and a larger back camera sensor capturing higher quality photographs.
Although Sony Xperia 5 is a better device, it is way more expensive than the iPhone 6, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the iPhone 6. So if you want that extra features, you can buy the Sony Xperia 5, else you can save some money and buy the iPhone 6, giving up a couple specifications.
