Comparison review
Google Nexus 6 has a score of 81.1, which is a little bit better than Sony Xperia 5's 81 overall score. Although the Google Nexus 6 is better than Sony Xperia 5, we must highlight that it is also a notably older, much thicker and heavier cellphone. The Google Nexus 6 counts with a little more vivid screen than Sony Xperia 5, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a quite better resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels and a just a bit more pixels per screen inch.
Sony Xperia 5 has a lot bigger storage capacity for games and applications than Google Nexus 6, because it has 128 GB internal memory capacity and a slot for an external memory card that holds up to 512 GB. Sony Xperia 5 features a little bit better performance than Google Nexus 6, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processing unit, it also counts with a larger amount of RAM and a larger number of cores.
The Xperia 5 captures just a bit better photographs and videos than Google Nexus 6, because although it has a worse 12 megapixels resolution back-facing camera and a worse 3840x2160 video resolution, it also counts with a bigger camera aperture. The Google Nexus 6 has a little better battery lifetime than Xperia 5, because it has 3220mAh of battery capacity against 3140mAh.
Although Google Nexus 6 is a better device, it costs more money than the Xperia 5, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Xperia 5. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy the Google Nexus 6, but if you don't you can save some money and get the Xperia 5, giving up some features and specifications.
