Comparison review
Huawei P40 has a global score of 86.4, which is a bit better than Xperia 5's general score of 81. Despite being the best phone we compare here, Huawei P40's construction is just a little bit heavier and just a little thicker than Xperia 5. Xperia 5 features a bit sharper screen than Huawei P40, and although they both have a display of the same size, the Xperia 5 also has a slightly better 1080 x 2520 resolution and a just a little higher screen density.
Huawei P40 has a processing unit that is very similar to the processor in Xperia 5, both of them have 6 GB of RAM memory and 8 cores. Xperia 5 has a much better storage capacity to install applications and games than Huawei P40, and although they both have the same internal storage, the Xperia 5 also has an external memory slot that admits up to 512 GB.
The Huawei P40 counts with longer battery performance than Sony Xperia 5, because it has a 21 percent larger battery size. The Huawei P40 captures much better photos and videos than Xperia 5, because although it has a tinier aperture, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, the Huawei P40 also counts with a much more megapixels back camera, a way larger camera sensor which gives a lot better image and video quality and faster 60 fps video frame rates.
Huawei P40 not only is the best phones of the ones we are comparing, but it's also a bargain compared to the other phones.
