Comparison review
The Xperia 5 has a global score of 81, which is just a bit better than OnePlus 7T Pro's overall score of 75.8. The Xperia 5 construction is way lighter and a little thinner than OnePlus 7T Pro, even though they were released only a few months apart. The OnePlus 7T Pro features a bit more vivid screen than Xperia 5, because it has a higher resolution of 1440 x 3120px, a quite bigger screen and a little bit higher quantity of pixels in each display inch.
The Xperia 5 has a bit bigger storage capacity to install games and applications than OnePlus 7T Pro, because although it has just 128 GB internal memory, it also counts with a SD extension slot that supports a maximum of 512 GB. The OnePlus 7T Pro features just a little better hardware performance than Xperia 5, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the OnePlus 7T Pro also has 2 GB more RAM memory.
The OnePlus 7T Pro has superior battery lifetime than Sony Xperia 5, because it has a 30 percent larger battery capacity. OnePlus 7T Pro counts with a very superior camera than Sony Xperia 5, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video definition and a F1.6 camera aperture, the OnePlus 7T Pro also has a camera with way more MP, faster video frame rate and a much bigger camera sensor which gives a way better photo and video quality.
Although Sony Xperia 5 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the OnePlus 7T Pro, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as OnePlus 7T Pro. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy Sony Xperia 5, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and buy the OnePlus 7T Pro, resigning a couple specifications.
