Comparison review
The Sony Xperia 5 is just a bit better than the OPPO Find X3 Neo, with a general score of 81 against 76. The Sony Xperia 5 body is somewhat lighter than OPPO Find X3 Neo, although it's just a little thicker and was released around 19 months before. OPPO Find X3 Neo has a slightly better display than Sony Xperia 5, because although it has a bit lower number of pixels per display inch and a little worse resolution of 1080 x 2400px, it also counts with a little bigger screen.
OPPO Find X3 Neo has a little faster processing unit than Xperia 5, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the OPPO Find X3 Neo also has a higher amount of RAM.
