The Galaxy A50s is a little bit better than the Xperia 5, getting an 86.6 score against 81. The Galaxy A50s construction is just a little bit heavier but a bit thinner than Xperia 5, and both of them were only released 1 months apart. The Sony Xperia 5 counts with a bit better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy A50s. Both have 8 cores and 6 GB of RAM.
The Sony Xperia 5 counts with just a bit better display than Samsung Galaxy A50s, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a slightly higher 1080 x 2520 resolution and a quite higher pixel density.
