The Sony Xperia 5 has a general score of 81, which is a bit better than Xperia XZ Premium's 79.8 score. The Sony Xperia 5 construction is notably newer and somewhat lighter than the Xperia XZ Premium's, but it is also just a little bit thicker. The Xperia XZ Premium features an incredibly better screen than Sony Xperia 5, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a much higher 2160 x 3840 resolution and a lot higher pixel count per inch in the screen.
