Comparison review
Sony Xperia 5 is just a bit better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 10, with an 81 score against 78.3. Sony Xperia 5 is an older phone than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10, but Sony managed to make it a little thinner and just a bit lighter anyway. The Xperia 5 counts with just a little better performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 10, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Xperia 5 also has a greater amount of RAM.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 has a bit more vivid screen than Xperia 5, because although it has a quite inferior amount of pixels per screen inch and a little worse resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels, it also counts with a little bit larger display. The Sony Xperia 5 has a much greater storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 10, and although they both have a SD card slot that admits a maximum of 512 GB, the Sony Xperia 5 also has more internal memory capacity.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 has a very superior battery duration than Xperia 5, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity against 3140mAh. Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 takes a bit better pictures and videos than Xperia 5, because although it has a tinier aperture, it also counts with a lot bigger sensor which gives a much better image and video quality and a back-facing camera with a much higher 48 megapixels resolution.
Although Sony Xperia 5 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10. If you are trying to save some dollars, you can get the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10, giving up some specs and features, but you'll get the most with your budget.
